I would definitely recommend Shortline Subaru to friends. I was apprehensive about having to go through the whole car buying process, but it worked out well. Chris Carerra did a test drive with me in April when I first started looking. I knew that I was not ready to buy yet and was concerned that I d be pressured. Chris, though, was very helpful and didn t pressure me at all. He answered all my questions very conversationally, and didn t blink when I asked a question just after he had already explained it to me but it had gone over my head. He didn t give too much information so I didn t get overwhelmed. Then, a few weeks later, when I was ready to buy I knew to call Chris even though many other dealerships had been contacting me. I felt confident about the price and the financing because your company works with my bank, USAA. I love my Impreza.
